Obiteljska kuća koja je smještena u Njivicama sastoji se od 2 apartmana u prizemlju. Iznamljivač živi u kući te je gostima na raspolaganju. Jedan od apartmana prilagođen za 4-6 osoba, ukupne površine 55m² uključuje potpuno opremljenu turističku kuhinju sa stolom za blagovanje, kupaonicom sa tušem i toaletom, dnevni boravak koji je odvojen, a tamo se, osim sat-tv-a nalazi kauč koji se može prilagoditi u dva dodatna ležaja, dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima.
Gosti imaju na raspolaganju terasu s vrtnim pokućstvom (veličine: 15m²) i roštiljem. U apartmanu se nalazi klima uređaj i internet.
Kućni ljubimci su dozvoljeni uz dodatnu nadoplatu. U dvorištu osiguran parking za goste.
We had a wonderful time! The owners were extremely nice and helpful, but never intrusive. We felt really welcome there, which we do not take for granted. The apartment had everything we needed and our 1,5-year old daughter loved the big backyard (especially the playing house). The beach is less than 10 minutes away (by bike). We would recommend this place to everyone and look forward to coming back 🙂
We spent a wonderful week in Croatia, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Our family of three found the accommodation really welcoming and spacious, perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Even though there was no washing machine or dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem at all for just one week. Another great advantage was that the house is on the ground floor, which made loading and unloading the car very convenient. Finally, the owners were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We definitely recommend this aparment to anyone looking for a carefree holiday in Krk!
The holiday was wonderful. My family felt very comfortable, cosy and peaceful. We had a great time. We have fond memories of our stay. I can recommend this holiday to everyone 😉 🙂
